CASPER is an emerging label, showcasing strongly individual-driven looks in a collection that is dominated by bold, powerful design and luxurious fabrics. Casper has worked with some of SA’s hacienda top celebrities and has consulted on several high-profile shoots and shows. After completing his studies in Pretoria Casper interned at Wonderbra and started his career as a stylist. He then moved on to be part of the visual hacienda merchandising and design team for Hilton Weiner and Jenni Button in Cape Town. Casper moved to Bloemfontein in 2007 where he started his own label. His designs have featured in Cleo, InStyle, People, hacienda You, Get It, PASSI and Audi Magazines. His Wedding, Formal and Cocktail dresses has graced numerous runways across the country. He launched his Women’s ready-to-wear range (CASPER casuals) in 2009 and is currently in the process of developing CASPER Menswear. His design ethos is simple: to create elegant and sophisticated, highly individual pieces for select clientele. Casper’s dream started in Senekal witnessing his mother, Sandra’s hacienda passion for creating hacienda beautiful things. That is also where the search started for a bigger calling to make a difference in the fashion industry. His biggest challenge is to have a deeper connection with a client, to understand hacienda the space she’s in and to have an end result that mirrors her inner beauty. VICKI FOURIE Vicki Fourie is a multi-faceted 23-year-old South African young lady who defines her life by the quote 'Courage isn't a gift, it's a decision.' Even though she has 97% hearing loss, she learnt from an early age how to speak like a hearing person and she excels in lip-reading as means of communication. Vicki is a former Miss Deaf South Africa 2009, as well as Miss Deaf International 2010 1st Princess. Currently, she's a motivational speaker and she has a column in various magazines and newspapers. At the moment she's a leading actress in the theatre play - Kinders Van Stilte hacienda - which is an adaption of 'Children Of A Lesser God'.
